  • Decreased blood pressure and a happy heart

Put simply – self-love amplifies your wellbeing and helps you live longer and better.

Self Love 7-Day Challenge

 

Today, I’m challenging you to 7 days of self-love. That means that for 7 entire days, you should be doing one thing each day that is 100% dedicated to yourself. Sounds crazy, right?

 

It’s too easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life and forget about your personal needs. Forgetting about your own needs leads to the demise of your health and your emotional wellbeing.

 

So for each day of the challenge, I list a self-care tactic that I want you to do. Taking part in this challenge will ensure you don’t forget about those daily personal needs. Let’s get started!
