What is a Health Coach?
Due to the American overweight and obesity rates, more and more people are looking for alternate ways to live. Notice that I say live as opposed to something to the extent of treating symptoms. We are starting to notice that we're doing these ridiculous activities and fad diets that are a supposed "solution" and only a few people are able to achieve results.
Not everyone is the same. We are all unique. There are so many allergens and bacterias that our bodies cannot tolerate and despite our doctor's attempts we cannot overcome these things.
Have you tried everything and still come up unsuccessful. Congratulations, you're normal. Its ok, you are not alone. I struggled at one point too (can you believe it). And after tens of thousands of dollars I've come up with a simple systematic and holistic approach to helping all unique individuals find the source of their underlying conditions.
You see that's where I come in. To help you live again through not only the traditional whole foods and fitness training (yes, I do that too), but we help you live positively with self love and appreciation.
