Living Active with Sweat Pink

As you may know I am participating in The Fit Approach's #1millionminutes and I have been posting a ton more than normal. Now today we are supposed to be showing how we live active. I thought about this long and hard and instead of "showing", like a picture of me doing something crazy, I'm going to show you how I live... Let's say pro-actively.

Now you may be thinking, "why is there a testimonial in the middle of this?", but what I am trying to share with you is how by living my life active I persuade others into doing the same and sometimes without even realize I'm doing it. That is what living active means to me. I'm not neccessarily the most talented at what I do (i.e. my new bound love of Yoga he he), but I love what I am doing and I try to open other minds to something new that they may have never wanted to try before.
